4th Grade - Snowman Merry Christmas!

In November we watched "The Snowman" by Raymond Briggs with the 4th grade students. It is an animated film with no dialogue. The story involves a boy who makes a snowman during the day and that same night the snowman comes alive. The boy shows the snowman his home and the snowman takes the boy to the forest to meet his snowman family. After watching the movie the 4th grade students had to invent their own snowman or snowwoman. The students then wrote a small paragraph describing their snowman.
