WHAT MAKE US HAPPY

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6RVQUlqQKxBNlY4ZzhhZm43VlE/view?usp=sharingFor our final project with the sixth grade students we worked on positive emotions. The project was based on video from the website www.filmenglish.com entitled "Be Happy. We watched a film based on the book "Be happy: A little book to help you live a happy life." It is a film with simple English sentences and drawings. The drawings helped us to understand the deeper meaning of the sentences. After we watched the film we discussed things that make us happy. The students then designed and made charcoal drawings of the things that make them happy, similar to the drawings in the video. For example, "follow your heart",  "face your fears", and "no dream is too big". Below is a video of their charcoal drawings and sentences. Enjoy and Be Happy

EMOCIONARIO:ALL KIND OF FEELINGS

The children in primary 6 have been working on emotions. They learned many new words to describe their feelings in english, and each designed their very own 3D character to express these feelings. The children also wrote essays to describe their characters lives. These final characters are displayed in the school, and they look wonderful!
